On the heels of the release of its new album of photos from the ’80s, BlackPunk has released a collection of photos, videos, art, and more.
The new collection includes a collection from the early days of BlackPunks first gig at the New York City Jazz Festival in the summer of 1986.
The collection is an homage to BlackPop.com and BlackPunch.com, both of which were run by the same person at the time.
“I have a deep appreciation for these sites and for the creative community that created them,” said the site’s co-founder, Paul Kosty.
BlackPunk also launched a Facebook page, where users can see a curated collection of BlackPop’s photos, along with a timeline of the site.
It’s unclear what the next step will be for BlackPinks newest album, but BlackPop is releasing an official trailer on Monday that’s likely to include footage from the site as well as the video and photos.
